Microsoft Teams is not a one‑time deployment. 1plex provides ongoing support, training and optimisation to ensure collaboration, telephony and contact centre solutions continue to perform as organisations evolve.
Through in‑depth Microsoft Teams analysis, we provide insight into call quality, room and device usage, environment performance and user experience across the Teams estate. By monitoring performance and usage trends, we help organisations improve reliability, maximise value from their investment and plan future enhancements with confidence.
After implementation, we are never far away and will support our customer with any updates required to their systems as and when Microsoft releases them. All updates are fully tested by us in-house in our demo facility before they are integrated into our customer sites. We will make sure all users are aware of the updates and any implications they may have on working practices.
